Calculate your band size

To calculate your band size, subtract your rib cage measurement from your bust measurement. For example, if your bust measures 34 inches and your rib cage measures 32 inches, your band size would be 34-32=2. This means that you would wear a size 34B bra.

Determine your cup size

To find your cup size, you’ll need to measure the circumference of your bust again, this time at its fullest point. Once you have this measurement, subtract your band size from it. For example, if your full bust measures 36 inches and your band size is 34, your cup size would be 36-34=2. This means that you would wear a size 36C bra.
